Account Manager

Company Overview

Dudley Park is part of Linen Service Australia the largest textiles management and laundry operator in Australasia.  Our Linen Laundry plants manage the textile and laundry requirements of customers in the Healthcare, Accommodation, Hospitality and Aged Care Sectors.

Position Overview

The Account Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and retention for our linen division. This position involves managing a diverse portfolio of top linen customers and implementing strategies that drive organic growth and sales conversions. You will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met while working closely with our internal teams to deliver outstanding service.

Your responsibilities will include developing long-term relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities for product expansion, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system. The role requires some regional travel within South Australia, as well as occasional after-hours work to meet customer needs.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a passion for customer service and relationship building.

  • Tertiary qualification in business or commerce related discipline is desirable.
  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in the laundry or related industries.
  • Strong skills in customer relationship building and business planning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage time and priorities. You should have a demonstrated track record of achieving growth within a contract environment and the ability to thrive in a team-focused atmosphere.

Salary & Benefits

The salary for this position is $80,000 pa plus an additional $15,500 vehicle allowance, along with additional benefits such as stable employment opportunities, on-the-job training, and a supportive work environment.
