About Linen Services Australia

Dudley Park is part of Linen Service Australia the largest textiles management and laundry operator in Australasia.  Our Linen Laundry plants manage the textile and laundry requirements of customers in the Healthcare, Accommodation, Hospitality and Aged Care Sectors.

Your Role in Our Journey

The Strategic Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with South Australia Health hospital customers, ensuring service excellence, proactive communication, and revenue growth.

The role involves strategic engagement with hospital procurement, operations, and infection control teams, ensuring seamless service delivery and proactively addressing issues before they escalate. This position requires a proactive, customer-centric approach, fostering regular communication, feedback loops, and collaboration with hospital representatives, SA Health procurement, company leadership, and production teams.

Additionally, the role focuses on developing strategic partnerships and providing value-added solutions to enhance positive customer outcomes. 

Who You Are

  • Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, client services, or sales support roles.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly within hospital procurement structures.
  • Ability to influence and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce is a plus!

Salary & Benefits

The salary for this exciting role is $100,000, complemented by a generous $15,500 vehicle allowance. We also offer stable employment opportunities, on-the-job training, and a supportive work environment that encourages professional growth and development.
