Your Role as a Laundry Attendant

The Laundry Attendant plays a vital role in maintaining the high standards our customers expect. This position involves a range of physical activities in a dynamic and sometimes high-pressure environment, where accuracy and adherence to safety protocols are paramount.

As a Laundry Attendant, your responsibilities will include:

• Sorting through soiled and dirty linen from hospitals, restaurants, aged care facilities 
• Processing of linen 
• Fast paced production work 
• Machine Operating 
• Repetitive tasks 
• Labour intensive work (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods) 
• Following safe work procedures 

Your Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to work in a team-oriented setting. The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Can do attitude 
• Willingness to be part of our safety culture 
• Good Fitness Level with the ability to lift 5kg – 15kg repetitively 
• Flexibility with weekly shifts
• Team player comfortable working in a multicultural workforce 
• Ability to read and understand instructions and apply the information to your work

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $25.47 plus a 25% casual loading and superannuation.
