Your Role as Production Manager
In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Operations Manager and collaborate with our operational and customer service teams. Your primary focus will be to ensure that production KPIs are met while upholding safety and quality standards. You will manage daily laundry and operations to guarantee timelines are adhered to, oversee the maintenance and training related to machinery, and develop staffing rosters that align with operational demands.
Additionally, you will establish performance and development goals for your team, ensuring thorough training is provided for safe equipment use. Your expertise will contribute to the continuous improvement of laundry efficiency and profitability.
Who We Are Looking For
We seek a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates a commitment to safety and excellence. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in operational management, ideally within the textile or laundry industry.
- Proven skills in people management and financial budgeting.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in using software for reporting.
